So recently my PS3 gave me the red screen of death and i decided to put it into Reset Mode and every time I turn it on it gives me the message. The problem is that i don't own an actual PS3 dualshock 3/ Sixaxis controller. I have been using my PS4 controller since my PS3 one broke. Is there any way that I can get past the menu without an actual controller? I formatted the drive so now i dont even get the red screen any more I just get the black low-res message . Any sugestions? When I plugged it up and everything I pressed the PS button and was ready to start playing the new game I got for christmas. Well guess what? The controller won't work. The power comes on on the controller and everything, but it won't connect to the PS3. How can I fix it to where the ps3 will get the signal of the controller? It's really starting to make me angry. My dad called customer service, but all they said was to charge it for 2 hours and call back, which of course didn't work because they thought the power won't come on. Please help.
